Bonus and Promotion Policy

This policy explains how bonuses, promotions, tournaments, rakeback, free-play rewards, referral earnings, VIP benefits, giveaways and jackpot features operate on Roobet Australia. It should be read together with the Terms, Responsible Gambling guidance, Game Policy and Sportsbook rules.

Every offer has its own eligibility requirements, expiry period and settlement conditions. By claiming or using an offer, you accept the rules displayed with that promotion. The Roobet Casino platform may update or withdraw an offer under its specific conditions.

General promotion conditions

• Promotions, bonuses, tournaments and special rewards may be introduced, changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
• The Company may limit or refuse an offer where it identifies abuse, collusion, fraud, technical exploitation, irresponsible gambling or another breach of the Terms.
• One person may not claim the same offer through multiple accounts.
• Rewards are normally credited to the cryptocurrency side of the Iron Pouch unless the relevant offer states otherwise.

Rakeback and the Vault

The platform may offer Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rakeback. The amount can depend on activity, deposits and withdrawals, wins and losses, and the games used. Except for Instant Rakeback, the available amount is connected to the account level system. Refunded, voided and cancelled bets do not normally increase that level.

• Instant Rakeback can be claimed at recurring intervals and does not expire under the stated feature rules.

Claimed rakeback can also add funds to the Vault. Vault releases become available at set intervals, may be claimed only a limited number of times per day and can expire after their release window. The balance and next available rewards should be checked in the account interface.

Rakeboosts

Rakeboosts can increase the amount added to a rakeback reward. They do not stack indefinitely: the highest applicable boost is used first, and another eligible boost may apply after it ends. Rain events

Rain is a recurring promotional event that may distribute a small amount to eligible users. Events can appear at random intervals in the chat rooms.
