Registration
4.1. An Account must be registered before You can access or use any Service available on the Website. To complete registration, fill in the registration form provided on the Website and submit it to Us.
4.2. Every field marked as mandatory in the registration form must be completed. The required particulars include Your name, date of birth, residential address and email address.
4.3. We cannot process an application or permit an Account to be opened where the particulars required under clause 4.2 have not been supplied, are incomplete, or are considered inaccurate.
Username
4.4. You must choose a username when creating Your Account. That username must not include offensive wording or content directed offensively towards any particular group, Roobet or a member of its staff.
4.5. Where We consider a proposed username offensive, Roobet may refuse registration of the associated User Account.
4.6. Whether to approve a request to change a username is entirely within Roobet’s discretion, and We may reject any such request.

Know Your Customer
4.8. By submitting an application, You confirm and warrant that all particulars contained in it are truthful, current and accurate.

Until the identification procedure is completed and every requested item has been supplied, We may limit access to Services, including the ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
4.10. If You discover an error in information supplied during registration, You must immediately correct the relevant Account details or notify Us of the error without delay. Registering under an alias or using another person’s identity breaches these Terms of Service and permits Roobet to exercise the measures described in clause 6.
Multiple Accounts
4.11. You warrant that You do not already hold another Account on the Website, whether that Account remains active or has been banned. If You are unsure whether an Account may be connected or linked to You, contact Our support team for assistance.
4.12. Any Account created by You or a close relative that shares a device, household, IP address or another connection with an existing Account must be reported immediately to Roobet support and thoroughly verified. An unreported connected Account will be treated as deliberate circumvention, resulting in termination of the Accounts concerned. Reporting any additional Account promptly is Your responsibility alone. A connected Account may be used only after the Company has given written permission.
Security and Responsibility
4.13. Protecting access to Your Account is solely Your responsibility. This includes keeping secure all login credentials and any two-factor authentication, or 2FA, used to enter the Website or Your Account.
4.14. You must inform Us immediately once You become aware of unauthorised Account access, unauthorised Account use or any other security breach affecting it.
4.15. Roobet accepts no responsibility or liability for third-party abuse or misuse of Your Account resulting from Your disclosure of login information. This applies whether the disclosure was deliberate or accidental and whether it occurred through an action or a failure to act.
4.16. Any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your login details is not Our responsibility.
4.17. Accounts must not be borrowed, sold, transferred or acquired between Players. You are prohibited from participating in any such arrangement.
4.18. All activity carried out through Your Account remains Your responsibility.
5. ACCEPTANCE POLICY
5.1. We may decline an application to open an Account at Our sole discretion. This right also applies where We consider that an application fails to satisfy the Account-opening requirements established by these Terms.
6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE
6.1. We may suspend or close Your Account in any of the following circumstances:
a) We believe that You currently use, or previously used, the Website for fraud, collusion, unlawful or illegal conduct, or another improper purpose.
b) We believe that You currently use, or previously used, the Website unfairly, have intentionally cheated, have obtained an unfair advantage over the Website or another User, or have allowed Your Account to serve a third party’s interests.
c) You violate these Terms, applicable regulations or the requirements for fair use of Our Services, or We have reasonable grounds to believe that You are experiencing compulsive or problem gambling.
d) We suspect that the security of Your Account has been compromised or that the Account is being operated contrary to these Terms.
6.2. If Your Account is suspended or closed under clause 6.1, You will, insofar as applicable law permits, be responsible for all claims, direct losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses that We incur or suffer. These items are collectively referred to as the “Claims”.
6.3. Following suspension or closure on the grounds described in clause 6.1, We may invalidate any Bets that You place after the relevant action has been taken.
6.4. Independently of the foregoing provisions, We may close Your Account at any time in Our sole discretion and freeze whatever funds remain within it.
7. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
7.1. An Account becomes inactive when no access or login has taken place throughout a continuous period of six months.
7.3. We may, at Our discretion, close an inactive Account that holds no remaining balance.
8. PLAYER WARRANTIES
Before using any Service, and continuously for as long as You use the Services, You give the following representations, warranties, undertakings and agreements.
Capacity
8.1. You have reached at least 18 years of age or the higher age of legal majority required by any law applicable to You.
8.2. You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Us and are not subject to any restriction arising from limited legal capacity.
8.3. Your decision to access and use the Website is made voluntarily, at Your own discretion and entirely at Your own risk.
8.4. Your participation in the Games is personal and non-professional, undertaken exclusively for recreation and entertainment.
8.5. You act for Yourself when participating in the Games, rather than representing or acting on behalf of another person or third party.
8.6. You will refrain from using the Services while affected by drugs, strong medication or any other substance capable of impairing Your judgement.
Personal Information
8.7. Throughout the duration of this Agreement, every item of information You provide to Us will be truthful, complete and accurate. You will notify Us immediately whenever that information changes.
8.8. You will maintain current Account information at all times and communicate any changes to previously supplied particulars without delay.
Responsible Gambling
8.9. You have not been diagnosed or classified as a compulsive gambler or a person experiencing problem gambling.
8.10. You are not presently self-excluded from any gambling website or gambling premises. If You subsequently enter a self-exclusion arrangement with any gambling provider, You will inform Us immediately.
Jurisdiction
8.11. You will not access the Website while located in a Restricted Territory or in any jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.
8.12. You will not enter or use the Website from a jurisdiction that prohibits gambling.
Funds
8.13. Money originating from criminal activity or other unauthorised conduct must not be deposited. You will neither deposit from nor withdraw to cryptocurrency wallets identified as illicit, categorised as illicit, or associated with illicit activities.
8.14. Every payment method used by You to deposit or withdraw funds must belong to You.
8.15. You will not introduce funds affected by illegality or obtained from an unlawful activity or source.
8.16. Deposits will be made solely to fund Bets or Wagers placed through the Website.
8.17. You will not attempt to fund Your Iron Pouch while Your Account is suspended, blocked or subject to self-exclusion.
8.18. You understand and accept that participation in the Services carries the possibility of losing the money You deposit.
8.19. Borrowing funds from, or lending funds to, another Website User is not permitted, and You acknowledge this restriction.
8.20. You bear full and exclusive responsibility for satisfying all local tax obligations resulting from Your use of the Website and related Services, including obligations arising from winnings.
Account Activity
8.21. You acknowledge that the Iron Pouch is neither a bank account nor an investment facility. It must not be treated as a means of keeping money or other assets securely for an extended period.
8.22. You will not engage in fraud, collusion, fixing or any other unlawful conduct connected with Your own or another person’s participation in the Games or Services. You will also refrain from using software-assisted techniques, software-assisted methods or hardware devices to participate in any Game or Service.
8.23. No criminal or illicit activity may be conducted through Your Account.
8.24. Your Roobet Account must not be used to run a syndicate or conduct any other professional activity.
8.25. If You breach a warranty referred to in clause 7, or if We reasonably suspect a breach of any warranty stated above, We may suspend or close Your Account and invalidate any outstanding Bets.
9. IRON POUCH DEPOSITS
9.1. Using the Services requires an available balance in Your Iron Pouch. You may add funds by choosing one of the payment methods offered to You through the Website.
9.2. Deposits into Your Iron Pouch may originate only from payment methods and cryptocurrency wallets that You own.
9.3. We may establish a minimum deposit at Our discretion and revise that minimum at any time. The applicable minimum will be displayed on the Website. Depending on Your chosen method, the payment provider may impose additional charges.
9.4. Deposits are processed immediately and reflected in the Account balance. Any delay attributable to a payment provider falls outside Our responsibility.
9.5. When handling a deposit into Your Iron Pouch, We may apply additional identity-verification procedures or other verification measures.
9.6. Acceptance of a deposit remains at Our discretion, and We may refuse any deposit.
9.7. A deposit fee of 1% applies to every successful fiat deposit. You acknowledge that this charge is automatically taken from the amount deposited.
10. IRON POUCH WITHDRAWALS
General Rules
10.1. Funds held in Your Iron Pouch may be withdrawn using a payment method offered to You on the Website. A deposit must, however, be wagered before the deposited funds can be withdrawn.
10.2. We may determine a minimum withdrawal amount in Our discretion and change it at any time. The Website will identify the applicable minimum. Depending on the selected payment method, additional charges may be imposed by the payment provider or by Us.
10.3. Where several withdrawal requests are awaiting processing, We may reject those requests and require You to submit a single withdrawal covering their combined amount.
10.4. Before authorising a withdrawal, We may carry out enhanced due diligence and examine Your Account and gaming activity. If We reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable laws or regulations, We may, at Our sole discretion, postpone or refuse further deposits, withdrawals or gameplay for the duration of Our investigation. You understand and agree that We may be unable to explain the nature of that investigation.
10.5. We may withhold approval of a withdrawal until all the following requirements have been satisfied:
a) We have completed verification of Your identity.
b) We have established that the withdrawal payment method belongs to You.
c) You have supplied every additional item of information requested by Us.
d) The minimum wagering obligation applicable to each deposit has been fulfilled.
10.6. Winnings mistakenly credited to Your Iron Pouch remain Our property and may be removed from Your balance. This applies regardless of whether the mistaken credit resulted from a pay-table defect, human error, another technical issue or any other cause. If You withdraw the mistakenly credited funds before We identify the error, the amount paid becomes a debt that You owe Us, without limiting any other remedy or legal action available to Us. You must notify Us immediately by email whenever You become aware of an incorrect credit.
Fiat Withdrawals
10.7. A fiat withdrawal must normally be returned through the payment method originally used for the deposit. If that method cannot be used, We may permit another method, provided that You submit evidence showing that the alternative method belongs to You.
10.8. A 2% withdrawal fee becomes payable when You make ten or more fiat withdrawals within a rolling 30-day period. The fee applies to the tenth withdrawal and every additional withdrawal within that period.
10.9. If Your deposits were made through several payment methods, We may divide a withdrawal between those methods and process each portion through the corresponding method at Our discretion.
Cryptocurrency Withdrawals
10.10. A valid cryptocurrency withdrawal request will be paid to the cryptocurrency wallet address specified by You in that request.
10.11. Selecting and supplying the destination wallet address is exclusively Your responsibility. If You enter an incorrect address or provide a wallet address that is invalid for any reason, We accept no responsibility or liability for the error or its consequences.
11. CARDS AND CHARGEBACKS
11.1. Security systems operated in conjunction with payment providers or financial institutions may occasionally reject all or part of a card deposit. These systems can decline genuine cards that cannot be processed at that particular time. We neither control the relevant security systems nor know the reasons behind an individual rejection.
11.2. Before proceeding with a deposit or withdrawal, We may ask for documents confirming Your identity, Your authority to use a particular card, or other information You have supplied. Completing these checks may result in a short delay.
11.3. If circumstances attributable to You or Your Account cause Us to incur a chargeback, reversal, payment refusal or related loss, We may recover from You the relevant amounts incurred.
11.4. Any money that You owe Us may be offset against a positive balance in Your Account at any time.
11.5. If a payment provider requests a chargeback relating to a card or another deposit method used by You, We may take the following measures:
a) Block Your Account.
b) Exercise any action or remedy available to Us under the law.
c) Issue a chargeback notice and send it to You using the contact particulars supplied during registration.
d) Process the chargeback through the same payment method that You selected when making the deposit.
11.6. A chargeback may cause Your Account balance to become negative.
11.7. You agree that requesting a chargeback without prior authorisation violates these Terms of Service. We may respond with appropriate measures, including Account suspension, Account termination and the pursuit of legal remedies, without being limited to those measures.
11.8. Before initiating a chargeback, You agree to raise any transaction concern or dispute directly with Us and make a good-faith effort to resolve it through that communication.
12. PLACING BETS AND WAGERS
12.1. Acceptance of any Bet or Wager, in full or in part, is subject to Our sole and absolute discretion. You place every Bet or Wager voluntarily and at Your own risk.
12.2. Checking the accuracy of all betting details is Your responsibility. Once submitted, a Bet or Wager cannot be cancelled. You may amend a Bet only through an editing feature expressly made available for that purpose.
12.3. Funds are committed to Bets and Wagers in the sequence in which they are placed. Once allocated, those funds cannot be used for any other purpose.
12.4. We may cancel Bets involving fraud, incorrect odds or odds affected by a technical malfunction.
12.5. While a wagering requirement attached to a deposit bonus remains active, You are not permitted to place Bets through the Sportsbook section.
13. BET AND WAGER CONFIRMATION
13.1. A Bet or Wager cannot be validly placed unless Your Account contains sufficient funds to cover it.
13.2. Submission alone does not make a Bet or Wager valid. It becomes valid only after Our servers have accepted it.
13.3. Every accepted and valid Bet or Wager is assigned its own unique transaction code. We are not responsible for settling a Bet or Wager for which no such code has been issued. If You cannot establish whether a Bet is valid, review Your Account history or contact Us.
13.4. In addition to the requirements above, a Bet or Wager funded by a credit or debit card remains invalid until We receive the entire payment. If full payment has not arrived before the relevant event begins, the Bet or Wager is automatically void.
13.5. We may void a Bet wholly or partly, close Your Account, or do both where We believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
a) You or persons connected with You may have influenced the outcome of an event, whether directly or indirectly.
b) You or persons connected with You may possess inside information capable of influencing an event’s outcome.
c) You or associated persons participate in arbitrage or matched betting.
d) You or persons associated with You disregard the Rules, directly or indirectly.
e) Criminal activity has directly or indirectly affected the result of an event.
f) The odds have changed materially, for example following a public announcement concerning the event.
g) A technical problem affecting the Website, an error, a misprint or another circumstance beyond Our control caused Bets to be offered, placed or accepted that We would otherwise have refused.
h) We have grounds to believe that automated systems or automated players submitted the Bet.
i) An information feed supplied inaccurate details relating to the relevant event or events.
j) Betting activity displays an irregular or unusual pattern.
13.6. Evidence supporting the circumstances above may include, without limitation, the value, number or pattern of Transactions submitted through any or all of Our betting channels. If Our investigation, together with any applicable investigation by the relevant sports governing body, concludes without identifying fraudulent or unlawful conduct, the Transactions concerned will be settled. Any determination made by the relevant governing body is conclusive.
13.7. If evidence indicates that a sequence of Transactions containing identical selections was placed by or on behalf of the same person, group or syndicate, We may void those Transactions or withhold the associated returns while a subsequent investigation is pending.
14. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
14.1. Bonuses and promotional offers may be introduced periodically at Our discretion. Each offer is subject to the Bonus and Promotions Policy as well as the specific conditions attached to that particular bonus or promotion.
14.2. Every bonus or promotional reward must be claimed within 30 days. Once that period expires, the reward is forfeited and cannot subsequently be claimed.
14.3. Earnings and commissions generated through the Referral Program must be claimed within 365 days. Any amount left unclaimed after that period is forfeited and ceases to be available.
14.4. Where We suspect bonus abuse, or where You have previously abused a bonus, We may exclude You from promotional participation and withdraw Your eligibility for any bonus.
15. SOFTWARE AND ERRORS
15.1. Certain Website products may require software to be downloaded before use. A third-party product supplier may also require acceptance of separate terms governing its software or products. If You decline those additional terms, You must not use the relevant third-party software. We accept no liability in relation to software supplied by a third party.
15.2. Software provided through the Website may be used solely to access and use Website products. No other use is authorised, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
15.3. Subject to the restrictions below, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the relevant software exclusively for accessing or playing products on the Website:
a) You must not:
i. Install or load the software onto a server or another network-connected device, or otherwise make it available to anyone else through a bulletin board, online service, remote dial-in facility or network.
ii. Sublicense, assign, rent, lease, lend, transfer or copy Your software licence, or produce or distribute software copies, except where another provision of these Terms expressly authorises copying.
iii. Enter, access, attempt to enter or access, or bypass Roobet’s security systems; interfere with the Website or its products by any means, including robots or comparable devices; or attempt to alter the software or any of its components or features.
iv. Copy or translate user documentation supplied online or in another electronic format.
b) Except to the minimum extent that applicable computer-program laws permit, You must not:
i. Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or create derivative works from the software, or otherwise make modifications to it.
ii. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or translate the software; attempt to discover its source code; or develop derivative works using all or any part of it.
15.4. Ownership of the software does not pass to You. It remains the exclusive property of Roobet or the relevant third-party software company, referred to as the “Software Provider”. Software and accompanying documentation licensed to Us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and enjoy worldwide copyright protection. Permission to use the software grants You no ownership of its intellectual property rights.
15.5. All software is supplied on an “as is” basis, without warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations. In particular, We make no warranty that:
i. The software will satisfy Your requirements.
ii. It will avoid infringement of another party’s intellectual property rights.
iii. Its operation will be continuous or free from errors.
iv. Any identified defect will be repaired.
v. The software or the servers hosting it will be free from viruses.
15.6. Neither We nor the Software Provider are liable to You or another person for system errors affecting Account settlement or any other software component or function. If such errors occur, We may withdraw the affected products from the Website and take whatever additional corrective measures We consider appropriate.
15.7. You acknowledge that We do not control the manner in which You use the software. Downloading, loading and operating it therefore takes place at Your own risk. We accept no liability to You or any third party arising from Your receipt or use of the software.
15.8. The software may contain confidential material that is secret and commercially valuable to Us or the Software Provider. You may neither use nor disclose that material except strictly as authorised by these Terms.
15.9. We aim to keep the Website accessible 24 hours a day, but accept no liability if it becomes unavailable for any reason or for any length of time. We may amend, correct, modify, suspend or discontinue any Website element, including its content, Services, products and Your access.
15.10. You must not introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically damaging material into the Website. In particular, You must not gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
- The Website or any part of it.
- Equipment or networks on which the Website is hosted.
- Software used to deliver the Website.
- Any third party’s equipment, software or website.
Denial-of-service attacks against the Website are prohibited. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by distributed denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other harmful technology affecting Your equipment, programs, data or proprietary material through use of the Website or software, downloads from the Website, or downloads from a linked website.
15.11. We accept no liability where You deliberately act in bad faith by exploiting, or attempting to exploit, an error relating to Website Bets or Wagers. Such circumstances include:
i. An obvious mistake in odds, spreads, handicaps, totals or cash-out values.
ii. Continued acceptance of Bets or Wagers on a market that has already been closed or suspended.
iii. Incorrect calculation or payment of a settlement amount, including a Bet being cashed out for its full settlement value or incorrectly voided where “Void if player does not start” was selected when placing the Bet.
iv. A malfunction in a random number generator or a pay table incorporated into, included in or used by a Game or product.
16. YOUR EQUIPMENT
16.1. The operation and performance of the Website may be affected by Your computer, mobile device or internet connection. We do not promise uninterrupted Services or a Website free from faults and errors. Problems attributable to Your equipment, connection, internet provider or telecommunications provider are outside Our liability. This includes, for example, an inability to submit Bets or Wagers or to access or receive information about particular events.
16.2. If You place Bets or Wagers from a mobile device, We are not responsible for damage to that device or loss of information stored on it arising in connection with the installed software. Any call charges, data charges or other costs incurred while using the software are also Your responsibility.
16.3. Mobile screens have limited space, and the experience may consequently differ from that offered on other platforms. Differences may include the position of information and the absence of visible game names on some game pages, without being limited to those examples.
17. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
17.1. Various suppliers provide Us with feeds, commentary and other content. Some suppliers require Users to accept additional conditions governing those materials. If You do not accept a supplier’s applicable terms, You agree not to access or use the relevant feed, commentary or content.
17.2. We accept no liability concerning feeds, commentary or other material supplied by third parties.
17.3. Links from the Website to external websites or resources are supplied for information purposes only. We do not control those external materials and are not responsible for their content or for any loss or damage resulting from their use. Including a link does not amount to endorsement of the external website or, where applicable, its products or services.
18. LIABILITY
18.1. If You fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, whether wholly or partly, We may take whatever action We consider appropriate. Such action may include closing Your User Account or bringing legal proceedings against You, without affecting Our other rights.
18.2. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Roobet, together with its shareholders, directors, agents and employees, against every claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, cost and expense arising from the matters below. This protection includes legal fees and all other charges, however caused:
a) A breach by You of all or any part of these Terms.
b) Your infringement of any law or another party’s rights.
c) Your use of the Service.
18.3. We will not be liable in any circumstances, including negligence, for special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of the Service. This exclusion includes, without limitation, lost business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and other financial losses, even where We knew in advance that such damage might occur.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
19.1. International copyright legislation and other intellectual property protections apply to the Website’s content.
19.2. Product names, company names and logos appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners as trademarks, service marks or trading names. This includes names and marks belonging to Roobet.
19.3. Except where necessary to use a product for placing Bets or Wagers, no Website material may be reproduced, stored, altered, copied, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without Our express prior written permission. This restriction applies regardless of the means or manner used and includes text, graphics, video, messages, code and software. Without that permission, such material must not be incorporated into another website or a public or private electronic retrieval system or service.
19.4. Commercial use or exploitation of either the Website or any of its content is strictly forbidden.
20. AMENDMENTS
20.1. These Terms may require revision from time to time. We will publish amendments on the Website, where the latest version of the Terms will remain available.
20.2. Customers will be informed when a material amendment is made. Nevertheless, You are advised to review the Terms on the Website regularly.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
21.1. The laws of Curaçao govern these Terms and their interpretation. The same laws apply to any dispute or claim connected with the Terms or their subject matter, whether the matter is contractual or non-contractual.
21.2. If a dispute arises or is anticipated, You undertake to approach Our Support Team first. If the matter remains unresolved after 30 days, or if You disagree with the outcome, You agree to commence arbitration under Curaçao law before filing a lawsuit.
22. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
22.1. A complaint or dispute concerning these Terms, a transaction or any related matter must first pass through Roobet’s complaints procedure before another legal or equitable remedy is pursued.
22.2. Where the internal complaints process does not resolve the matter, either party may refer the outstanding complaint or dispute to Resolvo Curaçao for binding alternative dispute resolution. Players are not charged for these proceedings.
22.3. Details about Resolvo Curaçao and its alternative dispute resolution process can be obtained at www.resolvocuracao.com or by emailing [email protected].
23. SEVERABILITY
23.1. If a court or administrative authority with competent jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected. Every other provision will continue to operate with full force and effect.
24. MISCELLANEOUS
24.1. We may assign all or part of these Terms at any time without notifying You. You, however, may not assign any right or obligation arising under them.
24.2. A waiver by Us of a particular breach does not constitute a waiver of a later breach of the same provision or a breach of another provision. This applies equally where We have not insisted upon strict and literal performance of, or compliance with, any requirement contained in these Terms.
24.3. These Terms neither establish nor imply a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between You and Us.
24.4. These Terms contain the complete understanding and agreement between You and Us regarding the Service. They replace every earlier agreement, understanding or arrangement relating to that subject.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
25.1. Any translation supplied by Roobet is provided solely to help You understand the English-language Terms. Roobet does not warrant that a translated version is free from mistakes.
25.2. The relationship between You and Roobet is governed exclusively by the English Terms and all English-language Sub-Policies.
25.3. In a dispute, the original English-language Terms take precedence. You acknowledge that translated versions may not therefore be relied upon in a court of law or in another dispute proceeding.
